We have a wide range of products. However, we are especially known for our superb selection of home made vegetarian and meat and game pâtés and terrines.
AUBERGINE & ALMOND
(Vegan) A delicious mix of roasted aubergine, ground and flaked almonds lightly spiced and seasoned: good on toast, crackers etc., as a starter or a snack at any time of day or night.
CARROT & CARDAMOM
An unusual combination of carrots, creamed coconut and cardamom made to our own recipe.
MUSHROOM
A fairly coarse vegetable pate of mushrooms and butter, enlivened with sherry.
GREEN OLIVE
A coarse spreading pate of green olives with a hint of lemon and garlic.
RED PEPPER PATE
A creamy spread of red peppers, onions, garlic and cream cheese.
CHICKEN LIVER WITH BRANDY
A smooth traditional chicken liver pate flavoured with onion, herbs and brandy.
PORK WITH WHITE WINE & PEPPERS
A coarse pate of pork and pork liver flavoured with diced peppers, white wine and herbs.
PHEASANT PATE
Made with pheasant meat, eggs, cream, herbs and sherry and wrapped in dry cure bacon. A firm slicing pate.
VENISON & PORT
Prime venison with eggs cream and port wrapped in bacon: another firm slicing pate.
GAME WITH ALMONDS
Mixed game, liver and almonds are used in this pate which is enlivened with the addition of port and brandy.
THREE PEPPER CHICKEN PATE
Chicken fillet and livers spiced with paprika, a layer of pickled pimento, and pickled chillies, then wrapped in bacon before cooking.
TERRINES TURKEY & PEPPERCORN
Layers of turkey and pickled madagascan peppercorns wrapped in dry cure bacon.
PORK HAM & APRICOT
Finely chopped organic pork layered with dry cure gammon and brandy soaked apricots.
WILD RABBIT
Local wild rabbit and herbs with dry cured bacon.
